Wash your face with a cleanser. This is important as any dirt and oil can prevent getting all the benefits the mask was intended for.

Steam the face to open pores. Use soaked warm towel and put it directly on your face. Do this for 5 mins then dry your face after.

Unfold the mask gently and align the holes with your eyes nose and mouth.

Start placing the mask from your forehead to the center of the eys and smooth the mask slightly to fit.

Adjust the mask to cover the chin and cheeks, pushing outwards from the sides of your nose.

Make sure that every part of the face is covered by the mask.
